Dates for the following year hunt are based on the first Illinois gun hunting season. Second trophy buck (Illinois Residents only ) $ 500 RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS 50% of hunt cost per hunter is due at time of reservation or by February 1, 2012, with the balance due August 1, 2012. A $200 damage deposit for the hunt will be required for the group. Two weeks after the hunt, this will be refunded if no damage is found. After the 2 week period, if this is left on deposit to hold the week for the following year, the deposit will become non-refundable. Hunters will receive a refund of 50% of hunt cost per hunter, if the cancellation is received by July 1, 2012. After this date, no refund will be made, but may be credited towards another hunt the same year or a substitute hunter. If hunter is unable to hunt, they will not receive a refund. There is no guaranteed harvest.
